Refund Policy

         Introduction

At WebProAssistant, we aim to provide high-quality digital products, online courses, and professional services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

        Digital Products

  • All digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable due to their nature.
  • Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

      Online Courses

  • Refunds are not available once you have accessed or started the course.
  • If you have not accessed the course material and wish to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at support@webproassistant.com for review.

      Service-Based Projects

  • A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project. This advance is non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If the project is canceled by the client after work has started, all completed work remains the property of WebProAssistant unless otherwise agreed.

      Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product or course.
  • The purchased product was not delivered due to a technical issue from our end and cannot be resolved.
